(1)Ad Partner Technologies
In order to allow us to continue offering out Apps free of charge or at low cost, we integrate Ad Partners’ technologies into our Apps to display advertisements to you.
(2) Do Ad Partners show Targeted Ads? How to Opt-Out of them?
Some Ad Partners may collect device identifiers (i.e. IDFA on iOS) that may be used to enable advertising tracking and thus display targeted ads. By reviewing the permissions in Ad Partners’ technologies, we have effectively disabled their collection function by default. However, such technologies methods can not be fully guaranteed. In order to prevent Targeted Ads, we encourage you to disable our Apps from collecting this device identifier when prompted for an authorization notification or through the privacy settings on your phone system.
Data Sharing
We may share your data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Game, such as advertising networks and analytics providers. These third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose than as specified in this Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
Our Game is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.

We show third party advertisements (Admob , unity, etc.) within our apps. These ads and services are not under the control of Kids Gaming Studio who is therefore not responsible for the availability or content of such external sites or services.

How long and where do we store data
We store the personal data that we collect for up to a year, and only aggregate data after that time, except for email addresses for our newsletter. Aggregation data means that we can no longer look at data for individual players.
When a third-party service provider is a controller, they may keep data as well, either for a shorter or longer period.
What safeguards have we taken to protect data
Taking into account the nature, scope, context and purpose of the processing, we have taken the following technical and organizational measures:
· Access to our database and user accounts with third-party service providers is protected with access control.
· Access to the database is limited, not all staff in our organization have full access.
· Data sent from our games is encrypted in transit where technically possible.
